About Abi

ServiceNow delivery shaped by technical depth and operational context

I’m a UK-based Senior ServiceNow Developer and Implementation Consultant with more than five years’ experience delivering enterprise platform solutions across government, financial services and regulated environments.

Professional profile

My work spans ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SAM Pro, alongside CSDM-aligned service architecture, CMDB governance, Discovery and Service Mapping. I contribute hands-on platform configuration and development, workflow automation, integration support, technical design, testing and release activity.

I work to translate operational and business requirements into maintainable ServiceNow solutions. Depending on the engagement, that can include requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, design contribution, Agile delivery, UAT, documentation, BAU handover and coaching.

My experience includes engagements with BGTS, the Home Office, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the Ministry of Justice, Deutsche Bank and BP. Earlier roles across software licensing, IT asset management and business analysis include Volkswagen Financial Services, Capita, RAC, Atkins and the Skills Funding Agency.

More recently, I have also contributed to HRSD requirements and employee-service workflows, Workday-related HR data integration support, and configuration and validation support for ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities. I describe these as contributions and implementation support, not ownership of the connected platforms or entire programmes.

Working principles

Use the platform well

Prefer standard ServiceNow capabilities where they fit and keep customisation considered, documented and governed.

Keep data purposeful

Treat service models, CMDB records, asset information and integrations as foundations for dependable processes.

Deliver collaboratively

Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams from requirements through testing, release and operational handover.
